Cork Photo 2016

Before departing on our travels around New Zealand. PrettyHandsome Studio had the great honour of continuing our relationship with the lovely people over at Cork Photo 2016.

Last year

Having created original designed & screen printed T-shirts, to be provided to the volunteers last year. PrettyHandsome Studio where asked back again this year to try and outdo ourselves.

New year new design

Creating a brand new original design to be used not only on T-shirts but across a range of a promotional merchandise as rewards for the Cork Photo Fund:it campaign.

Having focused the design for 2015 on the camera/photography aspect of the festival, the task for 2016 was to incorporate the Cork into the design, without making it the focal point of the design.

Working through some different ideas and even creating some finished roughs, we finally settled on a design that everyone was delighted with.

Incorporating the colours of the logo as well as the city of cork whilst not relying on the city to be the focal point of the design.

With all agreed we then proceeded to start with the printing creating an array of merchandise for use with the Cork Photo Fund:it campaign.

With just over a week left in the Fund:it campaign PrettyHandsome would urge all our friends to support this amazing festival.

Support local art, artists, donate some money, get some amazing rewards that can be enjoyed by both man and dog alike.

Screen printed Postcards

PrettyHandsome Studios screen printed Postcards are printed and ready for sending.

It’s a mix of old & new designs as well as photos. There are 8 different prints and only 3 of each in existence. Each will be named numbered and signed on the back.

A farewell to Camden and Pretty Handsome

And so the end of days is near! (Wahhh!!!)

Today is the final day of the wonderful Camden Palace Christmas Craft fair.

As you may or may not be aware, at the end of the month Camden Palace Community Arts Centre will be closed down. Today may be your last chance to experience this creative force in its current incarnation. From resident artists to local crafters, pop in and show support, have a browse and purchase some original one of a kind gifts/artwork.

And with last days of Camden comes the last days of PRETTY HANDSOME in its physical form. Next month we shall be leaving Camden, saying bye to Cork and then eventually the hemisphere, as we hit the road for the Pretty handsome nomadic world tour.

As such today is the last day to avail of our original design screenprint tees, artprints, artwork and festive gifts (mugs, cards and other treats). We’ve limited tshirt stock left and everything must go so pop on in and get it while its hot! Where possible we can also arrange for orders to be placed and collected over the next week just send us an email or come in to say hello and we’ll see what we can do.
